| INDUSTRIAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE: HAZMAT FIRST RESPONDER - OPERATIONS LEVEL I
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed for those employees who respond to a hazardous materials emergency. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 indicates that all employees who respond to a hazardous materials emergency must receive training based on their level of activities at the incident. Awareness-level training is for responders who are likely to witness or discover a hazardous materials release and will initiate a response sequence by notifying the proper authorities of the release. This course runs approximately eight (8) hours.
TESTING:
All sectional quizzes must be accurately completed to proceed forward to the next lesson. The final exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
HAZMAT CERTIFICATIONS:
Upon successful completion of this course you can download and print your certificate of completion. Your official certificate will be sent to you after it has been processed.
